The District is seeking Proposals from qualified vendors to provide full-service beverage vending services at District’s Valencia and Canyon Country campuses (“Campus(es)”). Services are expected to include, but are not limited to, the provision, installation, maintenance, and stocking of modern, reliable vending machines that offer a variety of cold beverages at prices competitive with those in the surrounding community and meet the needs of students, employees, and Campus visitors (“Work” or “Services”). The selected Vendor will be responsible for ongoing machine servicing, cash and cashless payment options, inventory management, and revenue reporting. The purpose of this Request for Proposal (“RFP”) is for Vendors to demonstrate their experience, qualifications, financial stability, and capability to successfully provide the Services described in the Scope of Work.
