Specifications include, but are not limited to: A. Contractor shall provide brand new OEM Bell and Airbus Helicopter parts. B. Contractor must be a Bell and Airbus Certified Service Center. C. Contractor must use Bell and Airbus certified technicians to perform any overhaul or repair of a component. D. Contractor may provide used, refurbished, or overhauled components to County with prior written authority provided by County. E. Contractor shall provide a manufacturers list price or a link to access Bell Helilcopter parts. F. Contractor shall provide a manufactures list price or a link to access Airbus Helicopter parts. G. Contractor shall provide a written quote to County for an overhaul or repair of a part or component. H. Contractor shall provide access to Bell Helicopter’s Online Management System in order to confirm parts availability and prices. I. Contractor shall provide access to Airbus Helicopter’s Online Mangaement System in order to confirm parts availability and prices. J. Contractor shall provide FAA PMA (parts manufacture approval) parts. These parts are not OEM, but are approved by the FAA for use. K. Contractor shall provide brand new Goodrich Hoist parts L. Contractor must be a Goodrich Hoist certified service center. M. Contractor shall provide a manufacturers list price or a link to access Goodrich Hoist parts. N. Contractor shall provide a written quote to County for an overhaul or repair of a part or companonetn for a Goodrich Hoist parts. O. Contractor shall provide access to Goodrich Hoist’s online management system in order to confirm parts avilaibilty and prices. P. Contractor shall provide tool rental on an as needed basis for specialized repair projects. Any rental agreement must be executed according to the County’s Contract Policy Manual and may require Board of Supervisor’s approval.
