Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, materials, and supervision to perform maintenance as described herein including, but not limited to the following: a) Weeding, cultivating, and brush control both mechanically and with chemicals. b) Fertilizing. c) Shrub and groundcover trimming and pruning. d) Irrigation programming, monitoring, maintenance and repair. e) General pesticide management includes, but not limited to, rodent, insect and disease control. f) Mowing, verticutting, and aerifying. g) Raking and dethatching. h) General litter control, refuse removal, removal of debris and grounds policing i) Hardscape cleaning. j) Maintenance of play and sports areas. k) Contractor shall also be responsible for any damages due to personnel and/or equipment (i.e. should a mower damage a fence).
