The County of Orange (County) Health Care Agency (HCA), is soliciting proposals from qualified firms for Behavioral Health Services (BHS) Housing Supportive Services. BHS Housing Supportive Services will focus on providing Specialty Mental Health Services (SMHS) program Welfare and Institutions Code (WIC) section 14184.400(a), and Enhanced Care Management (ECM) and Community Supports (CS) to individuals living with serious behavioral health conditions residing in Permanent Supportive Housing (PSH) developments, scattered-site housing, and a designated interim housing setting (hereinafter referred to as “Participants”). The Program includes two components: A. Component 1: BHS Housing Supportive Services: This component assists with completing and submitting required housing documents, managing housing deposits, and providing on-site housing sustaining services for clients with serious mental illness. B. Component 2: BHS Housing Mobile Response Services: This component responds to individuals in PSH who are in immediate need of housing intervention and support.
