Develop and execute comprehensive behavioral health media campaigns, in the areas of 1. Substance Use, including Fentanyl Awareness, 2. Suicide Prevention, 3. General Mental Health Stigma and 4. Jobs at the Department of Behavioral Health. The Substance Use campaign is to create mass awareness for the various substances that can lead to harmful misuse, addiction and death. This includes the Fentanyl epidemic throughout the County, and targeted media to reach atrisk demographics and areas with historically higher incidents of Fentanyl-related overdoses. The Suicide Prevention campaign will promote awareness and education provided by the Office of Suicide Prevention, with an emphasis on trainings and presentations. For the General Mental Health Stigma campaign, the message will address the various cultural, gender and age group stigmas associated with mental health and seeking support. The final component of the campaign will highlight Workforce Recruitment for administrative, clinical and licensed professionals at the Department of Behavioral Health. 1. Deliverables/Requirements: a. Develop comprehensive media plans that includes a mix of digital and traditional media channels, including but not limited to social media, online advertising, radio, television, movie theater advertisements, print media, and outdoor advertising through June 30, 2028. b. Create messaging and creative assets for each campaign. c. Quarterly reporting on campaign performance, including metrics such as reach, engagement, and conversions. d. Annual reports on campaign performance and recommendations for improvements for the following year. e. A final report summarizing the overall performance of the campaigns. Support the department's existing campaigns' clear and compelling messaging tailored to the target audience. In line with San Bernardino County and the Department of Behavioral Health branding, all materials will be reviewed by the Public Relations and Outreach Services division before dissemination.
