The City of Daly City is seeking proposals from qualified and experienced consultants for architectural and engineering design services related to the Bayshore Park Rehabilitation project. The available construction budget for Bayshore Park is approximately $4,400,000. The Bayshore Park Rehabilitation project involves the reconstruction of the existing David R. Rowe Park in its new location.. This new park will be on the northernmost portion of the Midway Village Redevelopment Project area with access from Schwerin Street. The area would be rough graded with utility stubs prior to the turnover to the City of Daly City for the final park development. The Bayshore Park would undergo grading across its approximate 3.5-acre area. Utility connections for storm water, water and wastewater mains would need to be installed in coordination with the City’s respective departments.
