Specifications include, but are not limited to: This Request for Qualifications (hereinafter “RFQ” or “Solicitation”) is being issued by the Bay Area UASI Division within the San Francisco Department of Emergency Management (“DEM-UASI”). DEM-UASI is seeking to create a list of qualified suppliers (“Proposers”) for multi-discipline exercises and training courses conducted by subject matter experts in the fields of community preparedness, cybersecurity, public information, law enforcement, fire services, emergency management, emergency medical services, public health, behavioral and mental health, social emotional learning, trauma informed care, threat assessment and management, domestic violent extremism, targeted violence and terrorism prevention, and chemical, biological, radiological, nuclear, and explosive preventive capabilities for the Bay Area Training and Exercise Program (BATEP).
