Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1.1 Vendor shall procure, install, and integrate one (1) HID pivCLASS RPKCL40-P reader w/ keypad and two (2) desktop enrollment readers to the facility’s existing HID Global Access Control System (ACS) that utilizes the contact and contactless interfaces of the Department of Defense Common Access Card (DoD CAC) as the physical form of authentication.; 3.1 All equipment and material furnished by the Vendor must be new. The Vendor is responsible for all materials and equipment required to provide a fully functional ACS. All work shall be completed in accordance with (IAW) industry standards and manufacturer recommendations; 3.2 All Vendor furnished equipment, configuration, and installation will comply with standards and guidelines in the most current versions of: Unified Facilities Guide Specifications (UFGS) 28 20 01.00 01 Electronic Security Systems; UFGS 27 10 00 Building Telecommunications Cabling System; Army Regulation (AR) 190-13, The Army Physical Security Program; AR 25-1, Army Information Technology; 3.3 Additional card readers add to the existing ACS at the following CMD Armory locations: 1. HID Global reader w/ keypad - Armory rear door (1 reader); 2. Desktop enrollment reader - Med Det Area, one (1) network connected desktop (1 reader); 3. Desktop enrollment reader - CND Area, one (1) network connected desktop (1 reader)
