Exterior cleaning includes: Full exterior wash of the bus, ensuring water is captured and not allowed to runoff into drainage system. Wheels, tires, and hubcaps cleaned All windows/glass surfaces, including passenger boarding door, left in a spot- free, streak-free finish. Interior cleaning includes Drivers Area and Interior Coach Area: Drivers Area: Dash and area surrounding the driver seat shall be free of debris Vacuum the interior of vehicle including, but not limited to all carpet, mats, seats, door panels, headliners as appropriate Pedals and surrounding floor clean and free of debris. Driver seat and seat belt shall be thoroughly cleaned and disinfected. Steering wheel and mount wiped down and disinfected. The front dash, consoles, including switches and two-way radio/microphone, wiped, and cleaned with a disinfectant cleaner. No spray liquid allowed on electronic devices such as two-way radio. The complete front dash and doorway area must be free of debris and streak-free Apply Armor All or approved equal type product. Buff dry, leaving no residue. Interior Coach Area: Remove trash, litter and debris from bus interior including under seats, area between seat and wall/back panels, between seats, and between the back and bottom cushion. Trash container emptied and thoroughly cleaned and disinfected Mirrors, windows, front windows, front door glass and windshield surfaces clean and streak-free. Wipe passenger signal pull cords. Seating handholds, vertical stanchions, arm rests, and horizontal overhead rails shall be thoroughly wiped down with a disinfectant solution. Passenger seats and seatbelts wiped down with a disinfectant solution. Seatbelts fastened for a neat appearance. Wheelchair lift free of all debris. Wheelchair securing devices shall be neatly stowed and secure off of the floor surface and cleaned with a disinfectant cleaner. Deep cleaning, sanitization, and disinfection of vehicle by spraying deodorizer throughout the bus interior and included in the mop water creating an effective pleasing product. Sweep and mop. Detailing of buses/vehicles every 6 months and includes, but not limited to: All seams and joints (cleaned on the exterior) All fender skirts and bumpers treated All exterior light fixtures cleaned and polished. All access doors (cleaned on the exterior/interior) License plate and lenses cleaned and polished. Tail/brake/reverse lights lens rims cleaned and polished Exterior seams around window frames (treated) Window tracks cleaned Fender wells cleaned and treated Rub wells cleaned and treated Side mirrors and housing (treated) Glue, tape, stickers, graffiti, and gum shall be removed using an effective product from floors, ceilings, side panels, seats, modesty panel, windows, etc. Scraping action can be used but no gouging, scratching or other harmful action to the surfaces should be used. Interior trim panels, including side panels, ceiling panels and escape hatch, modesty panels and driver area, shall be thoroughly cleaned using a disinfectant solution. Remove dust from Fire Extinguisher and other mounted boxes. Special attention must be given to corners, doorways and the intersection of the side wall and floor. Floor pockets, slide tracks, seating tracks and wheelchair tie-down tracks along the floor line shall be free of all debris. Vacuum and remove debris from the air outlets. Shampoo and remove spots and stains from upholstery including seats, floor mats and carpets as needed. Any other services as requested.
