Specifications include, but are not limited to: A. The contractor shall provide trained operators to monitor the security system alarms, 24 hours a day, every day for the duration of the contract period. Contractor’s Central Station will be Underwriters Laboratories, Inc. approved with adequately trained staff (UL Certificate shall be provided each year to State’s Representative via email). B. The State’s Representative will provide the contractor with the phone number to Northern Communications Dispatch (NORCOM). NORCOM will be responsible for notification of the State Parks Peace Officer (SPPO) on duty in the event of an alarm occurrence. The SPPO will provide resolution information regarding the alarm event to NORCOM. C. The Contractor shall provide, at the immediate request of any SPPO or specifically authorized State personnel, information about any alarm activation or activity (to include trouble signals) that occurs on any of the State Park properties identified in this contract. The information shall include, but is not limited to the names, codes and times of the personnel that accessed a specific site for any given period within a month. D. If requested by the State’s Representative, the Contractor will provide the capability of notifying specified personnel either electronically or by phone that a building site has not been armed by a specified time.
