The services areto be provided on an as needed basis at Carson City Hall, the Juanita MillenderMcDonald Community Center, the Corporate Yard and at other locations as maybespecified by the city. The city of Carson is seeking proposals for security services to be provided on an asneeded basis at Carson City Hall, the Juanita Millender McDonald CommunityCenter, the Corporate Yard and other city facilities as necessary. All of the securitypersonnel are to be properly trained, licensed and dressed in appropriate uniforms.All personnel are to be unarmed. The city's current requirements are for onesupervisor/officer and two security officers, which may be increased or decreased atthe city's discretion, provided a thirty-day advanced notice is provided to the vendor.B. The city of Carson shall determine the hours of work. All changes to the hours ofwork will be approved by the city. The city of Carson shall have the right to contract. For additional security personnel at the same rates found in the contractor's proposal.The city of Carson shall have the right to modify levels of service prior to, andsubsequent to, the execution of a contract
