Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, tools, and utility and transportation services and perform and complete all work required in connection with Bid #1436 Building S Safety Key Room Project at Santa Ana College; The Project consists of the conversion of an existing mail room into a safety key room by demolishing the existing interior built-in mailboxes and creating new enclosed interior spaces. Theses spaces will be soundproofed and properly ventilated. The improvements will include to provide electrified door hardware for future access-controlled door, in compliance with the Contract Documents and Code requirements. Contractor shall sequence, coordinate, and perform the Work to impose minimum impact on the operation and use of the facilities and/or Project site. Contractor shall install all necessary protection for existing improvements, Project site, property, and new Work against dust, dirt, weather, damage, vandalism, and maintain and relocate all protection to accommodate progression of the Work. Contractor shall document the existing site and produce still photographs or video recording on DVD, sufficiently detailed, of existing conditions of adjoining construction, roads, and site improvements that might be misconstrued as damage caused by construction operations.
