Specifications include, but are not limited to: The successful offeror shall establish and maintain countywide Trauma Informed Case Management, alcohol and other drug intervention, and recovery services to youth, and their families, participating in the Breaking Cycles Graduated Sanctions Program Alcohol and Other Drug Component (BC-AOD). Contractor-provided alcohol and other drug (AOD) intervention and recovery services shall include, though are not limited to, AOD related screening, assessment, crisis intervention, case management referral to appropriate treatment and recovery services, AOD recovery and relapse prevention education services and supports, family engagements, and in-home family intervention visits. Family engagement services are critical to achieve individual youth and program objectives. Services shall adhere to Children, Youth, and Families (CYF) Behavioral Health System of Care principles and values. Contractor shall be welcoming to individuals with co-occurring disorders (COD) co-morbidity is an expectation, not an exception. Services are provided in collaboration with Juvenile Probation and multi-disciplinary team.
