1. BODY: A complete, assembled, welded litter picker body shall be supplied free of defects that would impair its serviceability or appearance. The body shall be a custom flat deck with a covered cargo area, hinged doors, and headboard with light rack. All components shall be fabricated and assembled in accordance with the supplied drawings. a. Body Deck: The cargo deck shall be built in accordance with Drawing set 118265, sheets 1-11. The shape of the deck is designed to accommodate one fixed personnel bucket mounted on each side as described below. b. Covered Cargo Area: The rear section of the body shall be a covered cargo deck. The enclosure shall consist of partial front panels as detailed in Drawing set 118356, sheets 1-2; side panels with an access door on each side as detailed in Drawing sets 118371, sheets 1-4 and 118338, sheets 1-2; rear double doors as detailed in Drawing set 118317, sheets1-2; and a cover as detailed in Drawing set 118247, sheets 1-2.c. Headboard: The body shall include a headboard built in accordance with Drawing set 118352, Sheets 1-2, and installed at the front of the deck. d. Light Rack: A light rack shall be built in accordance with Drawing set 121061, sheets 1-3, and installed on the headboard. e. Assembly: The body components shall be assembled as shown in Drawings sets 121089 and 118245, sheets 1-8. 2. PERSONNEL BUCKETS: Two personnel buckets with mirrored design shall be fabricated and supplied loose with each body. Each bucket shall be fabricated and assembled in accordance with Drawing set 118859, sheets 1-12.
