Specifications include, but are not limited to: The intent of this Invitation for Bids is to secure services from a responsive, responsible contractor toprovide comprehensive boat dock services including operation, maintenance and repairs at all County-owned facilities under the management of the Facilities Management Department (FMD).Boat Dock Services shall include but not limited to daily monitoring of lake water levels, monthlyinspection of dock including winches, adjustment of winch cables as required by water level fluctuations,repair, and or replacement (or alterations ) of boat dock components both above water and underwater, anddevices common to the boat dock industry.The County reserves the right to re-solicit additional contractors, at the County's sole discretion, in caseswhere the currently listed contractors are of an insufficient number or skill-set to satisfy the County's needsor to ensure adequate competition on any project or task order work. Monitor water levels at all lakes on a daily basis. Adjust boat dock anchoring tension per boat dock manufacturer's specifications (aminimum of 2 feet in either direction from a starting static point). Provide daily record of lake levels and adjustments made. Submit to FacilitiesManagement monthly.
