The intent of this Request for Interest (RFI) is to identify a pool of potentially qualified vendors that may be eligible for funding from the Behavioral Health Continuum Infrastructure Program (BHCIP). Through this RFI, Alameda County Health, Behavioral Health Department (thereafter ACBHD or County) hopes to identify facilities for “Bond BHCIP”; specifically, behavioral health infrastructure projects that incorporate the statewide needs assessment and identify any remaining unmet needs. ACBHD is looking for available facilities that can be renovated and used through Bond BHCIP; apply for funds for renovation and rehabilitation; and enter into a long-term lease agreement so that the facility will be available for the provision of behavioral health services.
