Specifications include, but are not limited to:SPECIFICATIONS 2.1Quik Clot Combat Gauze: vacuum packed Z-folded hemostatic dressing. One sterile strip 3 inches x 4 yards. 2.2HALO Chest Seal, two (2-pack) hydrogel occlusive (air & water tight) adhesive dressing for open chest wounds. Product must be able to adhere to skin with sweat, blood, hair, sand or water present. 3.ORDER SPECIFICATIONS 3.1Products shall be delivered within thirty (30) days of order. 3.2Only new products will be accepted. Item 1 shall have a minimum shelf life of 5 years. Item 2 shall have a minimum shelf life of 3 years. Products with a short shelf life are absolutely unacceptable and will be rejected and returned. 3.3Delivery address: San Diego County Sheriff – A-Range Attn: Paul Bonanno East Miramar Road, Camp Elliot San Diego, CA 92145 3.4 Delivery hours are 8:00 am – 3:30 pm Monday through Friday.
