12. Completed copy of FAR 52.212-3, Alt I, Offeror Representations and Certifications –
Commercial Items (Oct 2014) – or - notification that FAR 52.212-3 representations and certifications are available on SAM.gov
R2. If you are able yes that would be great, we will pull from Sam as we receive quotes. The main point of this item is to ensure that you have a current registration in SAM at the time quote is received. If not active and is in works it could delay or prevent award if you are the one selected.

B747-400 SIMULATOR TRAINING
PLEASE SEE ATTACHED STATEMENT OF WORK (SOW) and COMBINED SYNOPSIS FOR DETAILS
This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) for contract that will include Base year plus 2 Option years (3 years total) to provide B747-400 Simulator Training.
THIS REQUIREMENT WILL BE: 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) number for this acquisition is 611512 “Flight Training” with a size standard of $34,000,000.00.
Quote Submission Information:
It is the government’s intent to award without discussions. Therefore, each initial quote should contain the offeror’s best terms from a price and technical standpoint. However, the government reserves the right to conduct discussions if the Contracting Officer (CO) determines that discussions are necessary.
Offers are due by 10 June 2025, at 12:00 PM, Pacific Daylight Time (PDT) (3:00 PM, Eastern).
