Work will consist of furnishing notifications, fees, labor, materials, permits, disposal needs, equipment, and warranties. The project is for the construction of B35 Wash Rack 02 at JFTB, Los Alamitos, CA. DEMOLITION: 3.1.1 Remove and dispose of all vegetation, waste, and debris. All materials shall be disposed of, off the installation at the expense. 3.1.2 Electrical, water, gas and communication services to the affected portions of the site should be de-energized, as needed, and made safe in accordance with all local, state and federal regulations. Contractor shall provide temporary power as needed. Contractor shall work with the COR and DPW to identify service disconnect locations. 3.1.3 Unless noted otherwise, Contractor shall dispose of all removed items in accordance with contract documents and all local, State and Federal regulations.
