The Bureau of Reclamation is seeking interested vendors capable of providing support, maintenance, and development services for CalSim 3, the modeling platform used to analyze Central Valley Project (CVP) and State Water Project (SWP) operations as part of the Long-Term Operations consultation.
Interested vendors should submit a capability statement that clearly demonstrates experience with:
- CalSim 3 or similar water resource modeling platforms
- Support and maintenance of complex modeling systems
- Development and enhancement of modeling tools for water operations
Response should include:
- Business name, address, and point of contact
- Business size and socio-economic status (e.g., Small Business, 8(a), HUBZone, Woman-Owned, Veteran-Owned, etc.)
- Relevant past performance examples
