Specifications include, but are not limited to: A. Quarterly and Annual Preventive Maintenance i. Contractor shall perform quarterly preventive maintenance on three (3) automatic door operators consisting of two (2) Dunkermotoren slide operators and one (1) Horton swing operator. The location of those three doors is as follows: • Hospital Lobby entrance (slide) • Lobby to Large Conference Room (LCR) (slide) • Administration Hallway (swing) ii. Contractor shall perform annual preventive maintenance on three (3) automatic door operators consisting of three (3) Brookfield Industries Inc NB500-LE swing operators. The location of those three doors is as follows: • Main Sally Port Doors 1, 2 and 3 iii. Quarterly maintenance shall occur four (4) times within the fiscal year. Annual maintenance shall occur one (1) time within the fiscal year and coincide with the last scheduled quarterly maintenance service.
