Contractor shall provide financial auditing services for California Exposition & State Fair (Cal Expo). Contractor shall prepare audit reports for: • The fiscal year ending December 31, 2022; • The fiscal year ending December 31, 2023; and • The fiscal year ending December 31, 2024. The financial audit contractor shall conduct the audits in conformity with generally accepted auditing standards and shall express an opinion on the fairness of the financial statements in conformity with generally accepted accounting principles. The audit shall be conducted in conformance with generally accepted auditing standards as published by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (CPA) in Statements on Auditing Standards. The scope of the audit shall include an evaluation of internal controls and recommendations for improvements of accounting and related procedures.
