Specifications include, but are not limited to: Sacramento Municipal Utility District (SMUD), a community-owned electric service provider,invites qualified firms with expertise in the development and execution of educational projects in energy efficiency and energy auditing to submit competitive proposals to provide educational services described herein to support SMUD s Auditing, Conservation, and Training program(ACT). The ACT program is part of SMUD s overall Proposition 39 support service offering to school districts within SMUD s service territory. SMUD seeks a Contractor to provide high-quality educational program design and delivery in support of the ACT program, focused on providing high school students baseline knowledge in energy efficiency and working understanding of the skills and techniques of energy auditing andenergy conservation measures in school facilities.
