Specifications include, but are not limited to: Contractor shall, for the term of this Agreement, perform officiating services for the City of West Sacramento Adult Softball, Adult Basketball, Adult Soccer, Adult Flag Football, Youth and Teen Basketball Leagues, Adult Volleyball and athletic tournaments sponsored by City and any other sport league offered during the term of this agreement. Such services shall include the provision of officials for all league games, including any rescheduled, playoff or additional scheduled games. City shall, at the beginning of each season, league, or tournament, determine whether officiating will be provided and, if so, the number of officials to be provided by Contractor. City shall have the right to amend its determination whether Contractor is to provide officials, or the number thereof, at any time. Contractor must provide individual league price for each sports league. City shall have the right to select individual price for each league, combination of or the entire league.
