The City of Santee, hereinafter referred to as “City,” is inviting proposals from firms qualified to perform Assessment Engineering and Community Facilities District (CFD) Administration Services, for the City’s Santee Town Center Landscape Maintenance District, Santee Roadway Lighting District, Fire Special Tax, Santee Landscape Maintenance District, Community Facilities District No. 2015-1 (Municipal Maintenance Services), Community Facilities District No. 2017-1 (Weston Infrastructure), and Community Facilities District No. 2017-2 (Weston Municipal Services). The selected firm must be sufficiently familiar with laws and regulations related to the collection of property related fees and the format required for submittal of tax roll data to the County of San Diego Auditor and Controller’s Office, herein referred to as “County Auditor and Controller’s Office”. The selected firm will perform the services under the general direction of the Director of Finance for the City of Santee. It is anticipated that the term of the agreement shall be for three (3) consecutive years from the date of execution of the Agreement with options to extend the Contract for up to two (2) additional 12-month terms.
