Item #1: Redding Power Plant Administration South Parking Lot; 17120 Clear Creek Road, Redding, CA 96001 • Grinding of major cracks and removal of material off site. • Sweeping and tacking edges. • Furnish and place compacted asphalt patch. • Blow asphalt clean and apply crack filler to remaining cracks. • Supplying and applying asphalt seal coating. • Restripe to the existing pattern (Including any ADA markings); Item #2: Maintenance Shop Pad • Grade and compact existing base rock. • Prepare area for paving. • Furnish and place compacted asphalt. Item #3: Identified Crack Repairs (Spot Locations within Perimeter) • General major crack dig-out/repair/fill outside of the areas referenced in Items #1 and #2. (Cracks are primarily located near the Ammonia Tank Area)
