Work shall include, but not be limited to: floor tiles and mastic, roofing materials, thermal insulation, fireproofing, ceiling coatings and textures, wall interior and exterior surfaces, lead- lined walls and ceilings, plumbing fixtures, aboveground and belowground piping, windowsills and frames, doors and frames, underground tanks, and exterior surfaces including walkways, curbs, and paving encountered during SQRC facility projects involving demolition, removal, or repair of construction materials containing asbestos, lead, or mold. All work shall be approved by the SQRC Site Supervisor prior to any work being performed. All asbestos, lead, and mold work shall conform to all applicable Federal, State, local laws and CDCR Specifications governing the identification, preparation, testing, sampling, training, equipment, safety, monitoring, signing, fencing, removing, hauling and disposal of friable and nonfriable asbestos, lead-based and lead-containing coatings and materials, and materials contaminated with mold.
