Specifications include, but are not limited to: A. Contractor shall furnish all necessary personnel, labor, tools, materials, parts, equipment, and incidentals required to perform historic and non-historic repair, installation, and maintenance of Caltrans-owned properties. B. Contractor shall provide the following services: rehabilitation, major and/or minor repairs to Caltrans-owned properties. Tasks may include the following but are not limited to maintenance work both interior and exterior of the properties, i.e. carpentry, sheetrock and other wall and ceiling work, repair or replacement of doors, cabinets, bathroom fixtures, kitchen fixtures and garage doors. Contractor shall ensure all Caltrans properties are maintained to a level that is deemed decent, safe, and sanitary.
