(1). The Contractor shall perform services, Monday through Friday (excluding Saturday, Sunday, and Holidays). Services performed on a Saturday, Sunday, or holiday shall not be billed as a service day and shall be performed at the Contractor’s own risk. (2). Services shall be scheduled by the DMV Project Manager or authorized designee at the Hollywood DMV Field Office. (3). The DMV Project Manager shall request in writing from the Contactor as-needed janitorial services when the DMV State Custodian is out of office, using general vacation, annual, or sick leave hours. Services shall not be used for unusual or extended leaves of absences. Service days shall not exceed the amount(s) listed in Exhibit B. (4). The Contractor shall be available on an as-needed basis within twenty-four (24) hour notification by the DMV Project Manager or authorized designee. (5). The Contractor shall be available for emergency situations and may be notified by the DMV Project Manager for immediate services on the actual day of service. (6). The DMV Project Manager and the Contractor Project Manager shall work together to monitor the service days used to not exceed to allocated amount. The number of services days performed shall not exceed the amount listed in the Exhibit B. Service days shall only be increased by amendment. Service days performed exceeding the listed amount, shall be performed at the Contractor’s own risk.
