The Garden Grove Unified School District (GGUSD) is seeking bids for transportation services for GGUSD students on an as needed basis for various trips including athletics and extra-curricular trips. GGUSD will specify point of origination, points of destinations, and point of return. Bidder understands that all seating positions in the passenger compartment of each bus must be fully air conditioned. Bidder must agree that any contract awarded by GGUSD will be contingent on adequate funding and that any awarded contract may be terminated at any time by GGUSD. Bidder must agree that transportation services are nonexclusive and that the GGUSD will determine, in its sole discretion, the transportation to be provided that is best for the students and the most cost effective for GGUSD. Bidder will reserve first service option rights, with the understanding that they must be available for all requests from GGUSD. In the event that bidder is not able to accommodate a request from GGUSD then another carrier may be utilized.
