1. TASKS [TBD] 2. DELIVERABLES 2.1. Review and Acceptance of Deliverables a. First Draft: Prepare each deliverable in draft form and submit to Sonoma Water for review and approval in accordance with the date listed for the deliverable in the applicable Agreement Memorandum. Sonoma Water will return the draft deliverable to Consultant with comments or approval in writing. b. Subsequent Draft(s): If Sonoma Water requests revisions, revise the draft deliverable and resubmit for Sonoma Water approval. c. Final: Following Sonoma Water approval and prior to Sonoma Water’s acceptance of work under this Agreement, submit the final approved deliverable to Sonoma Water in accordance with the date listed for this deliverable in the applicable Agreement Memorandum.
