A. All work shall be performed in accordance with all federal, state, and local building codes. B. SITE WORK: The following are examples of the types of work the Contractor will be required to complete during the course of this Agreement. It is not intended to be “all inclusive.” • Miscellaneous painting • Replace, furnish, install ceiling tiles • Minor flooring repairs and installations • Roof cleaning • Gutter and drain clean out • Power washing • Minor drywall work • Sign/picture hanging • Minor plumbing repairs • Minor electrical repairs • Minor welding • Furniture installations/assembly • Fixture installations • Minor carpentry • Fence repairs • Minor pavement repairs • Miscellaneous mechanical door/door closure repairs or replacement • Repair/furnish/replace commercial grade hardware, including, but not limited to: butts, locksets, latch sets, stops, door closures, cabinet hardware, panic hardware, hinges, kick plates to match existing, unless previously agreed upon between the EDD Representative and the Contractor.
