The City of Carlsbad Community Development Department, Planning Division is requesting a Statement of Qualifications & Proposal from firms to provide as-needed environmental services for private development projects, advance planning projects, and special projects for the city. The Planning Division has identified the need for qualified environmental consultants to assist with a variety of projects and planning functions, most importantly, providing peer review of CEQA documents, preparing CEQA documents for the city, attending hearings to discuss CEQA documents, and performing a variety of other environmental review tasks. The scope of work and details associated with the on-call as-needed environmental services are contained in the Request for Qualifications and Proposals.
