The City of Vista Engineering Department, Land Development Section, is requesting proposals from civil engineering consulting firms to provide civil engineering plan check services. The services is under non-exclusive agreement, on an as-needed basis. The City intends to award up to three contracts to provide the services requested for a three-year term, with an optional extension for up to two years for a maximum contract term of five years. The City anticipates that services provided under each awarded contract shall not exceed $750,000 over the term of the agreement. The services will be conducted under a contract with the City of Vista, hereafter referred to as “the City”. The civil engineering consultant entity is hereafter referred to as “the Consultant”.
