The Contractor shall provide a recording facility consisting of at least one (1) soundproof narrator room with a separate, but adjoining, soundproof control room. The Contractor shall provide a recording engineer with the suite and shall be able to record professional broadcast and industry standard DAW (CD quality) sound. The Contractor shall also have a professional quality microphone and parametric equalizer. b. The Contractor shall be capable of editing the audio files and delivering a finished product in one of the following file formats: .aiff, mp3, .wav, or .mov. The Contractor shall be able to deliver the finished recordings on CD, portable hard drive, or post the files on the Contractor’s File Transfer Protocol (FTP) site.
