Scope of Work: This work shall consist in part of furnishing all labor, materials, tools, equipment and incidentals as required by the plans, specifications and contract documents for the above stated project. The work to be done hereunder consists of fine grading, ARHM roadway overlay, removals and adjustments, wet utilities, dry utilities, hardscape, landscaping and irrigation, pavement striping, signing and delineation, traffic signal installation and interconnect, street lighting and pathway lighting: · The Neighborhood D South area is generally bounded by Armstrong Ave, Warner Avenue, Airship Ave and Compass Avenue. · The Linear Park area is generally west of Armstrong Ave and north of Airship Ave. · Armstrong Pedestrian Bridge spans over Armstrong Avenue, southwest of Warner Avenue and north of Airship Avenue.
