Proposals will be accepted only from individuals or organizations that meet the following minimum criteria. 1.4.1 Proposer must be an experienced provider of armored courier services for municipal entities; and 1.4.2 Proposer must have at least three clients who require over 40 pick-ups per week with an average volume per pick-up of over $100,000; and 1.4.3 Proposer must have at least two public sector clients who require over 40 pickups per week with an average volume per pick-up of over $100,000; and 1.4.4 Proposer must be able to deliver currency, coin and check to vault on the same day as pick-up, as well as same-day credit to City’s bank account (not applicable to SFMTA coin bins); and 1.4.5 Proposer must have a minimum of five (5) years of experience in providing armored courier services to large businesses or municipal entities; and 1.4.6 Proposer must have staffing and scheduling availability per the delivery schedule provided in Appendix B; and 1.4.7 Proposer must be financially solvent and appropriately capitalized to be able to serve the City; and 1.4.8 Respondent can work with all of the City’s banking partners, currently JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A.; and 1.4.9 Proposer must be able to provide a minimum of three (3) non-proposer owned customer references for work performed by the Proposer within the last three (3) years. Materials and/or services provided to these customers must be of comparable size to the City’s requirements within this proposal; and 1.4.10 Proposer must be able to certify that neither Proposer nor its principals are presently disbarred, suspended, proposed for disbarment, declared ineligible or voluntarily excluded from participation in this transaction by any federal department or agency, any California state agency, or any local governmental agency
