Specifications include, but are not limited to: a. The Contractor must provide 24-hour armed security services at the Wildlife Waystation. The 24-hours will be split into three 8-hour shifts. Shift one will take place from 0600 – 1430, shift two from 1400 – 2230 and shift three from 2200 – 0630, all with a 30-minute lunch break. The Contractor will provide one armed guard per each shift that shall be stationed at the front gate and patrol the grounds as agreed upon between the CDFW Site Operations Chief and the Contractor’s Project Director. This patrol plan shall be agreed upon and documented in an e-mail from the CDFW Site Operations Chief to the Contractor’s Project Director. b. Each security guard shall be permitted a 15-minute break period during the first four hours of duty and a 15-minute break during the second four hours of duty. All breaks shall be approved and scheduled by the CDFW Shift Supervisor.
