Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City of Sacramento, Department of Utilities (DOU) is requesting proposals to provide armed security patrols for the North and South Area Pumping Facilities, Reservoirs, and Water Treatment facilities. The Contractor will provide uniformed armed security services for approximately 50 of 225 DOU Facilities and special events as required. The successful contractor will be determined by factors other than price alone – see selection criteria. The Contractor must commit professional staff and an experienced Project Manager who will be responsible for coordinating the security services with the City. Service shall be the best of its respective kind. All security guards shall be skilled, knowledgeable, and successfully experienced in all aspects of providing the required security services.
