Specifications include, but are not limited to:The City of Sacramento, Department of Utilities (DOU) is requesting proposals to providearmed security patrols for the North and South Area Pumping Facilities, Reservoirs, andWater Treatment facilities. The Contractor will provide uniformed armed security servicesfor approximately 50 of 225 DOU Facilities and special events as required. The successfulcontractor will be determined by factors other than price alone – see selection criteria. TheContractor must commit professional staff and an experienced Project Manager who will beresponsible for coordinating the security services with the City. Service shall be the best ofits respective kind. All security guards shall be skilled, knowledgeable, and successfullyexperienced in all aspects of providing the required security services.
