The Contracted Firms may provide architectural and/or engineering Services which may involve multiple disciplines or single disciplines, including but not limited to architectural, structural, mechanical, plumbing, electrical, civil, fire protection, landscape architecture, LEED, interior design, and other related services as described in each future RFTOP. In response to a RFTOP, Contracted Firms may be required to provide some architectural and/or engineering services for any or all of the following: • New construction, infrastructure construction, additions and renovation; • Building and infrastructure renovation work; • Development of Design-Bid-Build or Design-Build programming and/or project criteria documents and/or designs, for inclusion in Request for Proposal (“RFP”) or Invitation to Bid (“IFB”) packages; • Fire Life Safety code studies; • Interior space planning/design studies; • Engineering and design site work, paving, landscaping, communications, fire protection, energy conservation systems, ADA compliance and utilities; • Facility planning, including project programming documents; • Development of requirements and project scope; • Engineering evaluations, peer and constructability reviews of design documents; • Preparation of unit guidance costs or parametric estimating;
