Specifications include, but are not limited to: furnish planning, design, design drawings, cost estimating, DSA-approved construction drawings and supplemental staffing as requested for construction administration, oversight and construction management for the District on a number of special projects including: Multiple HVAC System replacements on the San Marcos campus and Escondido Center Electronic access control systems on the San Marcos campus and Escondido Center Shaded outdoor dining space on the San Marcos campus Security fencing project at the Escondido Center Other miscellaneous special projects, and specially funded projects as assignedArchitectural services will be provided on a not to exceed cost basis on a year-to-year basis, for a total period of up to five (5) calendar years.
