The County of Sacramento is seeking qualified professionals and firms to support its commitment to sustainable urban forestry, public safety, and science-based tree care. This Request for Proposals (RFP) invites responses from either: A prime contractor capable of subcontracting with specialists across the required disciplines, or A single vendor that can directly provide all necessary specialized services. The County is looking for a comprehensive proposal that includes expertise in the following areas: Tree Services Companies (ISA-certified, TCIA-accredited, California C-49 licensed) Registered Consulting Arborists (certified by the American Society of Consulting Arborists) Plant Pathologists/Mycologists (holding a Qualified Applicator License and offering diagnostic services)
