Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1) Manage, configure and support infrastructure of multi-site high availability network LAN, WAN and WLAN topologies, including routers, switches, virtual servers, wireless access points, hyper-converged infrastructure, data backup appliance, firewall’s, fiber interconnect and Internet circuits, VoIP phones system, cloud-based storage and disaster recovery; 2) Manage, configure and support Microsoft Active Directory, GPO’s, Domain Controllers, DNS, DHCP, SSO, MFA, SQL, SCCM, WSUS, Exchange; 3) Manage, configure and support VMware VSphere, VCenter and VSAN, AWS, VEEAM, Cisco, Meraki, Palo Alto Networks, Juniper and Dell hardware OS’s; 4) Manage, configure and support the Oakland Housing Authority Police Department systems, including CAD, RMS, Alameda County CRIMS, body cameras, surveillance cameras and video recording infrastructure, video wall, digital evidence system, remote field computer connections and call recording. This requires the vendor to have security clearance to comply with federal Criminal Justice Information System (CJIS) requirements. This shall include signing and agreeing to the “CJIS Security Addendum” and State of California “Master Control Agreement”; 5) Perform network topology, cyber-security and data packet routing analysis, architect and implement avenues for better use and efficiency; 6) Research and recommend hardware and software solutions; 7) Develop formal IT policies conforming to ITIL established practices; 8) Manage multiple concurrent infrastructure projects; 9) Provide 24/7/365 emergency support for all infrastructure and electronic data systems both remotely and on site as needed.
