The County of Placer is soliciting proposals for the acquisition of a cloud-based system for applicant tracking, recruitment, selection, testing, and talent management which will provide access to an unlimited number of County staff and job applicants on a 24-hour basis. The County is seeking proposals from firms specializing in the design and implementation of an ATS to digitally facilitate and streamline processes related to requisition, recruitment and outreach, application tracking, candidate testing, hiring, and onboarding for County positions. The selected firm or team must have public sector experience at the Federal, State, or local government level, in particular with large and complex organizations, and demonstrate the ability to support the County’s hiring needs across various locations, functions, and roles. The ATS shall provide web-based registration and application for users, differentiated levels of internal security, as well as robust reporting and analytics capabilities.
