The contract shall provide all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to perform Service, test, and certify bi-annually one (1) 6 gallon Ansul System located at the National Guard Armory, Bldg 950 6th Street, Dublin CA 94568, one (1) 3 gallon Ansul System located at the National Guard Armory, 624 Carlson Blvd. Richmond, CA 94804, and one (1) 3 gallon Ansul System located at the National Guard Armory, 99 Power Ave., Pittsburg, CA 94565 for the period of three (3) years; The work site will not be available for contractor's activities before 7:30 a.m. or after 3:30 p.m. Monday through Friday. The site will not be available for contractor's activities on weekends and State or Federal Holidays. After hours work and work on Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays may be permitted if written approval is obtained from the CM at least three days in advance. All technicians and/or repairs persons performing inspections and/or repairs of systems shall be completely trained, Cal OSHA certified, fully qualified and technically competent on the specific equipment installed at the work site.
