III.C DAILY TASKS for All Locations *RESTROOMS: A. Clean and sanitize sinks, counters, inside/outside toilets and urinals (to include toilet handles/buttons, seats, and stall latches) B. Wet mop floors with disinfectant cleaner C. Vacuum carpeted areas D. Wipe down fixtures E. Clean mirrors F. Check and refill all dispensers, to include batteries as needed (paper towels, toilet paper, soap) G. Damp clean tile walls, walls, and stalls as needed H. Empty trash/sanitary receptacles; replace liners. I. Flush water down floor drain J. Locker rooms - vacuum and clean mirrors *KITCHEN and BREAK ROOM areas: A. Wipe down with disinfectant, exterior appliances to include handles B. Wipe down with disinfectant, tables, chairs, and countertops C. Wet mop floors with disinfectant cleaner D. Clean top of stove E. Empty trash, change liners, wipe down outside of containers and surrounding areas. F. Clean and sanitize sinks and faucet handles *FRONT ENTRANCE and LOBBY area: A. Clean front glass entrance doors, inside and outside B. Clean glass door from lobby to employee area C. Clean plexiglass barrier and counter at each customer service station D. Wipe/disinfect all counters E. Dust display cases, clean glass as necessary F. Empty the outside trash can in front of the main entrance to the lobby (Main Building only) *ALL AREAS: A. Vacuum all carpets; spot clean when needed B. Sweep and wet mop with disinfectant, all hard surface areas C. Clean all glass interior/exterior doors inside and out D. Refill hand sanitizers E. Dust and wipe down all office equipment (general cleaning avoiding any Risk Areas). F. Empty all trash cans; wipe down outside of container and replace liners as needed. G. Clean fingerprints on doors and spot clean as needed H. Wipe down and sanitize all countertops, tables, chairs in common areas I. Disinfect entry way push bars, push plates, and doorknobs J. Disinfect light switches and plates, ADA buttons K. Sweep and spot mop stairwell; disinfect railings L. Collect recyclables from marked cans and place in designated areas according to items M. Clean drinking fountains *EXCEPTION: WATER TREATMENT PLANT LOCATION ONLY • Laboratory will only need daily, wet mopped (disinfected) floors and trash cans emptied. • No bi-annual floor strip/wax/buff for the Laboratory. • All restrooms serviced at the WTP must have a dedicated restroom mop which is specifically marked to represent use in the restrooms only. • No recyclable bins will be emptied at the WTP location. • Supplies used at the WTP must be SEPTIC TANK FRIENDLY. • Glass door cleaning is a weekly task. III.D WEEKLY TASKS for All Locations 1. Wipe down and clean windowsills throughout the buildings 2. High and low dusting including cleaning vent covers 3. Wipe down and disinfect inside of elevator (Main office building only) 4. Clean/sanitize showers in the Crew restroom (main location) and Water Treatment Plant only III.E MONTHLY TASKS for All Locations 1. Wipe down and disinfect both the exterior and interior of the refrigerators and microwaves. This shall be completed on the last Thursday of every month. 2. Hand Wash, dry and put away drinking glasses (approx. 7-10 glasses) from Board meetings held on the 2nd and 4th Monday evening of each month. (Main Building ONLY) III.F BI-ANNUAL TASKS for All Locations (Optional) 1. Shampoo carpeted floor areas 2. Hard surface floors - strip/wax/buff (Laboratory at the WTP is exempt from this task). Restroom floors must be deep-cleaned using a truck-mounted cleaning system, which includes a pre-treatment and a continuous supply of hot water and high-pressure steam, to ensure thorough disinfection of the tile/grout. 3. Window cleaning service (inside and outside), which includes 2nd floor of the Main office building
