The Department of Public Health is procuring a medium to heavy duty enclosed vehicle for the purpose of transporting and/or evacuating animals (dogs and cats of all sizes) during emergency events. The vehicle must have a back-up camera, and be equipped with a minimum of 35 or more built-in kennels, a small workspace for staff (desk, stool, and electrical outlet), an awning, and equipped with electricity and HVAC unit(s) in the space where the animals are being transported. Additionally, the vendor must provide the installation of a vehicle wrap, the Department of Public Health will provide the wrap graphics. Vehicle must include the following: • Leveling system • Ducted HVAC • Backup camera • Flooring • Finished ceiling and trim • Laminate/Solid Surface • 12V LED lighting • Modular Crates • Kennels of 35 or more to accommodate large, medium, and small animals (the more kennels the better) • Storage/Utility Counters • Small desk space with chair • Exterior vinyl graphics, design and installation (vehicle wrap) • Cellular and Satellite Connectivity • Roof Mounted Cellular Antenna • Roof Mounted Starlink Flat High-Performance Antenna • Wi-Fi Router
