Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, fees tools, and equipment necessary to collect and haul refuse form Point Mugu State Park, Leo Carrillo State Park and Robert H. Meyer Memorial State Beaches (El Matador, La Piedra and El Pescador State Beaches). All towable (rolling) bins need to be side tow- Refer to Exhibit A Attachment 2 – Example of side tow Bin (rolling). Contract responsible to adhere at to all Federal, State, County, Qty, and Local laws, rules regulations and ordinances with no expense to the state for the duration of this contract. Contractor shall comply with all applicable safety regulations and complete work to the satisfaction of the Department of Parks and Recreation.
