The University is seeking to hire a contractor to perform interior re-painting of condominium type apartments with owner provided paint work on an "as needed" basis that will be delivered by Unit Price Job Order (UPJO) and occurring at Anchor House Apartments in Berkeley, California. As described in more detail in the Bidding Documents, work under the UPJO shall be limited to the following: The list of job orders items for which pricing is asked of the qualified bidders, will involve the re-painting of interior student apartments during apartment turnovers. Estimating 20% of apartments per semester. All work will be performed in the Anchor House Apartments with owner provided paint. Refer to Exhibit 21 of the bidding documents for work excluded from this UPJO.
